صندوق دعم الشباب يعقد اجتماعه الثاني بالصدارة و اتمام لدعم الشباب العاملين في القطاع الزراعي في حجر.

في إطار جهوده المستمرة لتمكين الشباب والمساهمة في التنمية المستدامة، عقد صندوق دعم الشباب بحضرموت اجتماعًا ثانيا مع مؤسسة الصدارة للتنمية والتمكين ومكتب إتمام لبحث سبل التدخل في القطاع الزراعي في حجر .
وقد تم خلال الاجتماع استعراض التحديات التي يواجهها الشباب في مجال الزراعة، ووضع خطة عمل شاملة تضمنت تحديد المشاريع التي سيتم تنفيذها وتوزيع المهام بين الشركاء. كما تم الاتفاق على أهمية الاستعانة بخبرات الشركاء المحليين والدوليين لضمان نجاح هذه المشاريع.
خلُص هذا الاجتماع إلى ضرورة دعم الشباب في إطلاق مشاريع زراعية ناجحة ووضع خطة عمل للتدخلات، وتوفير التدريب والتأهيل اللازمين، بالإضافة إلى تسهيل حصولهم على التمويل اللازم.
Youth support Fund Holds Second Meeting with Al-Sadara and Itamam to Support Youth in Agriculture in Hajr.
In its ongoing efforts to empower youth and contribute to sustainable development, the Youth support Fund in Hadhramaut held a second meeting with Al-Sadara Foundation for Development and Empowerment and Itamam Office to discuss interventions in the agricultural sector in Hajr.
The meeting reviewed the challenges faced by youth in agriculture and developed a comprehensive action plan that included identifying projects to be implemented and distributing tasks among partners. It was agreed upon the importance of leveraging the expertise of local and international partners to ensure the success of these projects.
This meeting concluded with a consensus on the need to support youth in launching successful agricultural projects, develop an intervention action plan, provide necessary training and qualification, and facilitate access to the required financing.
